Insurance Hike

Hello all
Towergate Hall have put up my insurance premium by £52.00 this year. I see that Aviva are now their underwriters for my policy and Im reluctant to pay towards their executives massive bonuses.
Does anyone know where I might be able to get a different quote?
Kind regards

I insure both my Bedfords through RH insurance (specialist vehicle division). I paid 165 quid, fully comp with breakdown cover for me and the Mrs. They offer a small discount for members of this site. Give them a go, they use Equity red star as the underwriter.

Oh and we are both under 30, so not a bad price considering.

I'm also with RH, just renewed about £120 for my 4 wheel drive CF Ambulance.

What error message are you getting? As a card holder you should have full access. Let me know what message(s) you are getting and I'll look into it for you.

Glad you got it sorted ! I have also has a price hike (17 per cent) from LifesureGroup for our Bedford - being asked £299 without breakdown cover. I am in London but I am over 50 years old ! Will try some of the suggested alternatives and report back.

Bingo ! 2gether have quoted me £199 fully comp which seeing that we're in London is pretty good and a whopping £100 cheaper than my current insurers !

Hi likaleica,

Not bad eh?
Nice to hear that you too got sorted, its nice to save a few quid for a change.
I wonder how many members of this site are aware of the potential savings to be made with insurers 2gether?

Rikki,
Were the quotes from 2gether insurance and were they cheaper than your previous insurer?

Kind regards

Peter James for me were far more expensive at £254 fully comp than 2gether at £199. Peter James penalise you heavily if the vehicle is not garaged even if it is kept on a driveway.
