Hello - just joined with an unusual project.

It seems that the chassis I bought thinking it was a Sherpa, is probably a Bedford Minibus. Would really like someone to confirm the make and age. Front steering links are stamped GM. Diff seems to have a ratio of about 2.4, which would be rather extreme for anything commercial, so I am still trying to understand that.
I need some parts, so if anyone can help, I would be very greatful. Anyway, here is a video of progress. yes I know I'm mad - many have told me , many times.

I can tell you that thats not a Bedford cf chassis nor would it be a Ca either.

Thats got a beam front axle so it could be a transit or sherpa

Well, the diff bolts separation is surely Bedford, and the steering arms are stamped GM, and the rear brakes are of Bedford size, although other makes also used the same size for a couple of years. The bare chassis is exactly 15 feet long. Thats why I think it may be from a Bedford minibus or something more commercial. Or have I got everything wrong ....

the bedford chassis was never that flat as both front and rear was kinked up.

if you can let me have a better photo of the rear axle and drum also the front axle then I will try and fathom it out for you ..........
