Anon Deleted Posts : Location : Status : Offline	maiden run took the van out for its first run after the completed rebuild' the only problems encountered was a smell of exhaust fumes coming into the cab and water getting into the o/side headlamp which I will sort out soon. petrol consumption was over the the 170 mile trip 17mpg which may go down once the engine is run in and I can run at faster speeds than I have been doing, but overaul I am very happy with it.

Anon Deleted Posts : Location : Status : Offline	nice one old son ...i know it may sound silly but does your exhaust come far enough out of the back of the van cos i had that problem and had to get it extended cos the co alarm kept going off lol also i find that if that silly rubber cover on gear stick comes lose which mine is always doing then i get the same problem but not as bad as it was before i extended the exhaust lol. we popped out to badbury rings last night lovely place and no worries parking for the night ..had a blast ----------------------
