How much is my bedford van worth

Hi guys and girls iv just picked up a bedford cf2 van but i cannot find cheap insurance so iv desided to clean her up and sell her on to a more enthuist
I have just rebuilt the 2.0 petrol head as the oil stem sils had gone hard so running a treat
It has couple repairs to rear arches
Has 87k miles
A usb bluetooth stereo
Did have bull bar but i sold as i dont like them
Only 2 owners one i bought from owned from 1989 until nov 2016
The rest of the bodybos really clean considering its age
Has a sunroof in not sure if original or added in but leaks a little
Has a year mot just put on it
Iv just wondering how. Much it would be worth as iv found out mine is currently 1 of 2 in the uk still on the road from 1985 and a panel van thats not been converted like the rest

Please if some could help with what i should sell this for would very much appriciate

Hi Jay & welcome.
.. Did have bull bar but i sold as i dont like them...

Excellent decision. I don't like them either,it could mean the difference between life or death for a child.

How long's a piece of string? The only definite answer to that is "It's worth what someone is willing to pay".If it were me,I'd add on any expenses incurred to what I paid & see if there's any interest at that price.
I think one difference between Beddy owners & other classic van & car owners is that we use ours more.Certainly when I had mine it was my daily driver & I wasn't too concerned about the aesthetics or having genuine parts.
What I'm trying to say is there aren't really "collectors" for Beddys that insist on concourse condition/showroom quality.I don't think the rarity value comes into it.Having said that, you might find someone that does actually buy it for that reason.

Have you not tried classic insurance?

I pay just over £300 (Total) for the Beddy and a X300 Jag.
