Hello officially

I have jumped straight in and started posting with not much of an intro, so thought I should say a proper hello. Nomek has told you all a little about us so I wont repeat the same!

Just to clear up my name thing, I am known as Tal or Taliesin to a lot of my friends as that is the name I use when I post poetry on several sites.

I am a doer rather than a thinker, good with my hands, but often lousy at explaining what I'm doing . I've had a long history of tinkering with bikes and cars and am not afraid to lend others a hand although I am limited by a long standing injury to my back. I like to think that I can think my way around most problems and am bl**dy minded enough to keep on trying and 'bodge' a good fix if nothing else can be done.

We both love 'bare knuckle' camping, a tap and somewhere to empty the loo will do..and I'm hoping now we have Betsy, we can see more of Wales, as we've only seen a tiny part so far and I love Wales.

Right, that's me for the moment, no doubt you'll all hear more from me on the boards.

Tal

croeso to the bedheads Tal
taliesin was, of course, a renowned Bard who actually predicted that the english would eventually succumb to the Welsh. he was trained by Merlin but never completed his training to become a druid although he reputedly knew most of the secrets.
I live in north Wales so would be delighted to put the kettle on any time you're over here. pm or email me for ph and directions

Hello Tal, and welcome :) .
With a name like that you could be a modern day Druid. Are you?
I have an intense interest in those sorts of things....more than Bedfords even.
