Hi Melissa, really enjoyed reading your posts and I fully share your enthusiasm for these vans. I am also obsessed with mine and I find it quite funny that it is my husband huffing at me for spending too long tinkering about with my van. I have three little children who all love our little trips and as you can imagine all their friends love our van too. We know no-one who knows anything about mechanics so I've just about finished a motor mechanics evening class to get me a little more in the picture and I must admit I've really enjoyed it. The help from everyone on here is really second to none too. Welding is another skill I would love to have a go at. You must put some pics up in the blog bit. There are some pics of my van in there too. Good luck with all your work.

Melissa.

Your mum probably had the CA Beddy with the Dormablie conversion.

And more than likely it was the long wheelbase version as well.
