Just realised I should've introduced myself here and not in the CF Questions. Apologies. Anyway, recently acquired a 1977 Bedford CF280 Aventura. It's a 4 speed 2.3 petrol engined model and came with a multitude of electrical sins of which most have been fixed (if I don't go near the fusebox then all is well). The clutch has just started to slip as well so some adjustment will be attempted first before I invest time and money in new plates.

Anyway, hello to everyone.

My brother-in-law replaced his clutch instead of adjusting it.;D .....Good luck with yours.

Thanks everyone! Once I get the time to get under the van I'm guessing my next question will be what type of plates do I need as I suspect adjustment is not the way forward. But I'll post that up in in CF Questions when the time comes....
