Buying Bedford tk, any advice

Hello folks,

Did have a cf, sold it.. I'm now looking at buying an old TK. I've got the opportunity to buy a 1968 tk "whisker nose" model. with a 2.2 diesel engine. It looks in amazing condition. Running well, all original and pretty much no rot anywhere.

Its principally the cab, the original body has been replaced with an aluminium one, as a motorhome (which is empty so shouldn't significantly affect the value)

I really need some help in knowing how much I should or shouldn't be paying for it!
Does anyone know who I can ask, or any good sources of info on the subject?

thankee.

Hi Paulyplum
I cannot answer your question as such, however, if you go to this link -

http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Bedford-vehicles

and ask the question there, I'm sure someone will be able to give you an answer.
