You are all such a friendly bunch would love to meet up with you all, but at the minute work commitments don't allow. Just to reiterate upon the engine, you should have no worries in that department. The Isuzu's are well known for long, trouble free lives. Our everyday car is a Mk3 Astra with a similar diesel unit, which, apart from a now fixed oil leak, has never been any problem and returns around 50-60 mpg all the time. I would think yours should give at the least 30 mpg and just maybe a little more, even considering what it's got to move. Take care and fondest regards from John and Sue.:D
