Won't let me change avatar. Says something about required fields. ---------------------- | Mon 19 Apr 2010 @ 14:03 |

Just had a look at changing mine to see if same happened - but no. Once you have chosen the avatar in the upload file box then click Edit Profile and see if thast does the trick. Bear in mind that your avatar needs to only be about 120x160 pixels, so resize before upload. Also JPG orJPEG format is best. ---------------------- | Mon 19 Apr 2010 @ 17:13 |

Hi All Tried mentioned methods, but all i get is an error message 'You need to complete the necessary fields'. As all asterixed fields are completed, i can only assume you need to be a paid member to upload an image, which i will have to become soon as i have used up most of my free messages on here lol ---------------------- | Tue 20 Apr 2010 @ 09:26 |

Anyone should be able to edit their full profile, not just card holders. Can you do a screen grab of the form and email it to me so that I can look into the problem. ---------------------- | Tue 20 Apr 2010 @ 09:38 |

A screen shot/grab is a picture of your screen as you see it.Dependent on your keyboard as to position, there will be a print screen (prnt scrn)key.Press that & then open Paint (in Accessories).Click edit then paste. You should then see a picture of what you've just seen on your screen.Top left corner is File, click that, scroll down to save as & put it somewhere you'll find it again. You'll then need a picture hosting account (photobucket, village photos, image shack etc.Upload to that then follow the tute here. ;] ---------------------- | Fri 28 May 2010 @ 22:40 |

Hi again. I sign into the profile page, all the compulsary fields* are filled. I select the picture that was kindly edited for me, it appears in the browse box, i then press the edit profile button. And bingo, above error message. Would it be easier if i sent admin and/or moderators my picture plus my username and password, and asked them if they could kindly change it. Us cavemen do struggle with technology (thats why i bought a beddie lol). Thanks all for your time on this ---------------------- | Sat 29 May 2010 @ 13:33 |

Damo. if you cant change your photo then Colin is the only person that can do it for you . no point in sending your user-name and password to any of the mods as its not the thing to do. ---------------------- | Sat 29 May 2010 @ 20:29 |

If you email or PM the picture to me I'll sort it out. I can't understand why you are getting that message though. There are 6 compulsory fields. Are you sure all 6 have been filled? What browser are you using? ---------------------- | Sat 29 May 2010 @ 22:50 |

Confused.com Hi ColinI just tried to send you the picture in a pm, and got the same error message!!! I then tried to pm you without the picture....and got the same error. I tried to log out of the site, but whatever i do it keeps me logged in. I have deleted all cookies, removed site from favourite list but still cannot log out! I am now completely confused. Off for a trip in Rusty now, but will try to resolve when back on Sunday. ---------------------- | Mon 31 May 2010 @ 12:32 |
