I'm still a bit shell shocked with not expecting to find a panel van even worth looking at because usually they're rotten and then everything happening so quickly once I went to view the van.

Once it gets here later this week & I've had a good poke & prod at it I'll soon know exactly what I've let myself in for...

Wondering about light grey (lumps & bumps don't show so much!) with a Griffin in red each side with CF-UK writ bold & the URL for the website.

VS is sort of special: van first registered in Luton, Bedfordshire, where CFs were built.

Hi Phil

Grey with red will look fantastic....and with the matching overalls you will be set.
Hope you have a great time working on her......AND she is yours.
I am sure there will be a lot of us only too happy to return the help you have given us.;]

I suppose it does: by the time I stopped mending CFs for a living the CF2s were only just starting to wear out so I didn't get much opportunity to fathom out best/cheapest fixes to the same degree as CF1s & facelifts.

I do like new challenges though & a van of my own with which to road test fixes & improvements is likely to keep me out of mischief for a while.
