well the story so far...
been waiting for a mate to do the welding ( still waiting !! ) so i decided to replace the wallpaper in the top bunk area as it was looking a bit frayed in places. god what a job ! all the screws attaching the ply to the frame had to be removed, i recessed the holes in the ply so the screws sat flush before repapering.
while i did this job, i kept noticing hornets inside, then i realized that the daft bright yellow paint job was attracting them, so i have had to start painting the rest of the interior, oh well at least it will have a nice fresh new look.
there are also a couple of areas along the trim which need screwing back in, so while doing this i will clean/silicon the whole lot.
but time is ticking on now as the school hols start in 5 weeks, so think this may turn into a rolling restoration as i want to respray the cab at some point, thankfully the main body has polished up really well
loads of little niggly things need doing but hey, she is 30 yrs old !
all in all, loving my beddy

Well you did better than me at getting a bargain the best kind of shock £200 ..got mine for £350 but saying that spent a bit on her as ours had been standing for a few years as well ..never got round to the cosmetic bit though yet & it's original on the inside ..hope you have lots of good times in it when youv'e finished finding things to mend
